Fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, side by side refrigerator with icemaker, convection oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, Ultra Capacity LG Steam washer & dryer, toaster, blender, Fresh Grind coffee maker, ironing board with iron, and central A/C along with ceiling fans. The master bedroom features a King size Sleep Number Adjustable bed with 2 night tables with lamps, dresser, Flat panel 4K TV , seating area, walk in closet with custom organizers, large walk in shower with frameless glass shower doors, quartz countertops, travertine tile floors in bath, carpet in bedroom and window looking out onto the beautiful Gulf. The guest room features a King size Sleep Number Adjustable bed, 4K Flat panel TV, walk in closet with organizers, 2 night tables with coral lamps, chair, dresser, and a large window. Guest bath has a tub/shower combo with quartz countertop, porcelain tile floor, and retractable hanging line for swim suits.
While here be sure to enjoy the condo’s beautiful beachside pool surrounded by brick pavers and plenty of lounge chairs for perfecting your tan. Beach towels are provided for you and are located in the condo’s linen closet for your convenience.
The living room has a sofa and love seat, chair with ottoman, video library, selection of board games, emergency weather radio, and ceiling fan. A dining room table that can seat 6 people. Great location. Gulf view is spectacular, with restaurants, bars and grocery store in walking distance. Excellent location for drive to Fort Myers beach area or Naples. I would definitely go back .

Must have been professionally decorated. I've stayed nearby for years, and love the area. Beautiful white sand beach and view of sunsets from the lanai. Only negatives are the island traffic, and this time many stingrays in the water near the shore. Owners responded to my messages quickly. Found an outstanding restaurant on the beach, Fresh Catch Bistro, but reserve in advance.

We spent 4 weeks at Sunset 104 and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo has a great beachy feel that is further enhanced by its location on the first floor. We really felt like we were right on the beach! The condo was well equipped and comfortable. We had to contact the owner a few times and he responded right away. Definitely recommend this place!

We have stayed in many condos on FMB, but this one far and away was the best equipped unit we have ever experienced. All our needs were met with quality and class.
