Sand Dollar unit #4 is part of a stunning four-unit waterfront canal property with shared pool and dock, right across the street from the beach! This PET-FRIENDLY upper-level two-bedroom unit features King beds plus queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower combo, the other with a walk-in shower, kitchen fully stocked with plateware and amenities, as well as a private patio.
Watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee from the poolside patio, fish from the dock on the canal, or lay out by the pool (shared among the four units on this beach property.

A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals, added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. We did have a plumbing issues immediatly when we got there. Overall it was fixed quickly, after several visits from rental company. This is a very nice place, the beach was so close and nice. We did have a difficult time getting the grill to work. It had gas but didn't want to stay lit. Pool was very nice. If you are wanting to spend time around the downtown area, getting there can be a traffic issue with only a one lane road in and out. Always able to get where we were going but sometimes it took a long time. Overall I would stay here again, it fit our needs very well!

Great place to stay: this was our second year there. Loved relaxing by the heated pool overlooking the canal and watching sunsets from our deck. The beach was just a short walk across the street and we brought our bikes so could bike everywhere and avoid the traffic. Also, The owner was very attentive at taking care of any issues or needs that came up.

We enjoyed a week in this wonderful home. The apartment was clean as well as the laundry and pool area. We appreciated the initial stocking of supplies, pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon. We enjoyedMorning coffee on the patio overlooking the canal and watching the sunrise and the evening sunset on the back patio. The short walk to the beach is convenient. The property management office was helpful, checked in to see if our stay was going well. It’s also nice to see the owner on the property checking, attending to any necessary business.
