About this house rental
Beautiful and nicely decorated pool home located on the southern end of the island and is just a short walk from the beach. This multi-level, 4-bedroom, 4 bath home sleeps 8 and gives visitors the warm tropical beach feelings of Fort Myers Beach. The home is the perfect retreat for your Fort Myers Beach vacation. The lower-level pool deck area features a mother-in-law pool suite with its own sitting area, kitchenette, bath and sleeping area.
The main kitchen, dining, and living room areas are located on the middle level in an open concept layout for nice social gatherings that can carry outside to the deck over-looking the pool. There is also a bedroom and full bath located on this level.
A two-story wrap around deck provides plenty of room to lounge around. The upper level has the master bedroom with its own private bath and a second bedroom and bath. The bedrooms have access to balconies. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and the house is equipped with Wi-Fi.
The house also features a huge two-story wrap-around screened lanai that covers a beautiful, heated pool and waterfall spa. There is plenty of seating areas with a large smart TV in the pool area. The home is a short walk to the beach with trolly transportation to the main downtown area of Fort Myers Beach. This is also one of the best spots on the island to take in our beautiful sunsets!

We had a wonderful time! Loved the pool and hot tub. Great location. Very quiet. I only gave 4 stars because the kitchen could use some new pots and pans. Most were unusable because the nonstick coatings were pealing and very scratched up. So just FYI, for those planning to stay here, if you can, bring your own in case this doesn’t get resolved. But we would choose to sat here again. Host was very attentive.

This rental was Amazing. The pool with flow over jacuzzi, the awesome beds, layout of the house, mother-in-law suite and location. It is a short walk to beach and really nice neighbors! Can't forget the flat-screen TV by the pool to watch and listen to music. The lani around the pool and some of the deck was awesome too! The house is beautifully furnished for the beach atmosphere and theme. We will definitely book this property again!! Check in and out is easy and the wifi was great. I hope this review helps someone choose this rental to make their memories in too!! Thank you to our host Mike!!! It was a memorable vacation we will not forget!!
