Sand Dollar Unit #3 is part of a stunning four-unit waterfront canal property with shared pool and dock, right across the street from the beach! This PET-FRIENDLY upper-level two-bedroom unit features King beds plus queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower combo, the other with a walk-in shower, kitchen fully stocked with plateware and amenities, as well as a private patio.
Watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee from the poolside patio, fish from the dock on the canal, or lay out by the pool (shared among the four units on this beach property.

Have a large gathering coming up? This property can be rented as a complex! FOUR units with a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms allowing a max occupancy of 18.
A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals, added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

I just love love love this place! We had a Fantastic time! Love the Island, the house, the ocean.... We bought a couple little thing the house didn't have, but it was very well furnished and we totally enjoyed our stay! There was a resident seagull that I fell in love with! He was there hunting the canal everyday and I enjoyed watching him! With the pool and close beach access we couldn't ask for more! We hope to come again!

My family had a great stay. The communication was excellent and the property was as described. The area is still in recovery from the hurricane a few years back, but this property is nice and neat and clean. Beach is a little walk but if you like privacy (not many on the beach) this is great. We would definitely stay again.

The unit was exactly as advertised, very clean and plenty of room. It is very easy to get to the beach, the walk is just a quarter of a mile. Everything about this location is A
