This family accommodations are close to all sites and amenities.
Located in the centre of the village, 50 m from the bakery/grocery store, 3 minutes from the Causse lake, 10 minutes from Brive la Gaillarde, 10 minutes from Terrasson to access the supermarkets. You will have a 6x12 swimming pool, its summer kitchen, barbecue as well as its beach, a 30 m2 terrace with its SPA. Comfortable cottage for 6 to 8 people in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
Equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, dryer.
The accommodations are located 10 minutes from Terrasson, 45 minutes from Sarlat, Rocamadour etc...
The cottage is located on the owners' land. A pharmacy is 5 minutes away by car, an intermarché contact 5 minutes away by car, 10 minutes away a crossroads supermarket. You can enjoy a table tennis table and a petanque court. Outside the cottage there is a children's park with slide and a city stadium a few meters away.
The accommodations are located in a small village of about fifty inhabitants, facing the Marie. You have access to a 1 to 2 parking lot in the owners' courtyard.
