About this house rental
After a small path that smells of hazelnut, you will discover a beautiful Perigordian stone surrounded by meadows and woods. You will come with family or friends, it accommodates up to 8 people. You can enjoy the quiet by nature of its protected private swimming pool or discover the most beautiful sites of Périgord (Sarlat, Lascaux, gardens of Eyrignac, the Dordogne valley and the Vézère, ...) that are less than 30 minutes from home. You will feel far away from everything ... yet so close to everything. All shops at 6 km. Our holiday house 'The Martelie' has 4 bedrooms, a living stone and oak beams of 50 m² with fireplace, bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 toilets. You have at your disposal: 1 washing machine, 1 dishwasher, TV + DVD, barbecue, ATVs. Rental weeks, weekends, all year.

Lovely location, in the middle of nowhere but good restaurants nearby - don't miss La Meynardie. Convenient location for visiting some great villages and chateaux in the Dordogne. Small pool but very welcome when it is hot
