Massive windows in the living area let you enjoy the scenery from inside, or relax on the huge wraparound deck, which is partially covered. This home is close to boat launches on Lake Hamilton and Lake Ouachita. With its secluded feel, you would never know you are so close to downtown and all the other attractions Hot Springs has to offer.
The kitchen is fully stocked and features a galley-style layout with more storage than you would ever need. The primary bedroom is on the main level and has a king-size bed. The second bedroom is on the upper level with a queen bed. The third bedroom is on the lower level with a queen bed and queen-over-queen bunk beds.
The lower level also features a bar area, making it a great place to relax and watch the huge TV.
Parking can be tight, especially if you are bringing a boat, so it is okay to drive onto the grass if you need to turn around.
