We are one mile from Lake Ouachita with 3 boat ramps (Buckville, Avant and Rabbit Tail), 40 minutes away from Hot Springs. We are 15 minutes away from North Shore Resort and Marina. Many hiking trails. 20 mins away from Crystal Mines.

We had a wonderful time there at the house. My first impression was how clean it was. It is in a very small town, but that just means more a more quiet atmosphere. It comes with a neighborhood alarm clock in the form of a rooster. The biggest drama that we had was a fight between the neighbors Chihuahua and their rooster. It is a slice of small town/ country life. It is about half an hour from the Ron Coleman mine if you’re a rockhound. All in all it was a wonderful easy place to stay and we were very happy with it.

Kitchen was okay. Needs more cooking and baking utensils, pots and pans, and baking dishes. House was very clean but bathroom wasn't very well stocked with toiletries (toilet paper). WiFi pretty much sucks. This property is out in the boondocks.
