House 1 mile from Lake Ouachita and minutes from Hot Springs Arkansas.

We had a great weekend getaway. Can’t wait to go back. It was so close to the lake and boat launch. Plenty of room and very clean. The host was very communicative and helped us have a great time.

Great place! They have all sorts of family games to play at their house.

We had a wonderful time there at the house. My first impression was how clean it was. It is in a very small town, but that just means more a more quiet atmosphere. It comes with a neighborhood alarm clock in the form of a rooster. The biggest drama that we had was a fight between the neighbors Chihuahua and their rooster. It is a slice of small town/ country life. It is about half an hour from the Ron Coleman mine if you’re a rockhound. All in all it was a wonderful easy place to stay and we were very happy with it.

Kitchen was okay. Needs more cooking and baking utensils, pots and pans, and baking dishes. House was very clean but bathroom wasn't very well stocked with toiletries (toilet paper). WiFi pretty much sucks. This property is out in the boondocks.
