Baltic Sea vacation with a view of the sea at the Bergkvara marina

This nice holiday home is situated on a lovely plot of land shared with your landlord family´s house, right on the Baltic Sea. The property is largely enclosed by a wall, creating a cozy and secure atmosphere. Parking is available directly in front of the wall.



The house spans two floors. The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen corner with ample cooking facilities, a WC, and a dining area with a dining table. There is also a bedroom with two single beds. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find another bedroom with two single beds and a small, cozy reading nook (no living room). An extra bed can be provided upon request.



Spend your stay in the historic customs house at the port of Bergkvara – a unique accommodation with roots in one of Småland's oldest coastal towns. This area was once a hub of maritime trade, and traces of its history are still palpable today.



The house is located directly on the waterfront, next to the marina. From the balcony, you can enjoy views across the Kalmar Sound. It's just a short walk to the beach and the Dalskärs Sjökrog restaurant. Enjoy the tranquility of the seaside and the authentic coastal atmosphere.
