Whether you`re planning a family vacation, a couples` getaway, or a relaxing retreat by the water, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and convenience.
Wake up to panoramic water views, launch a kayak from the private dock, enjoy evenings around the fire pit, and experience the best of coastal Maine—all from your own secluded oasis.
The Space
Designed to take full advantage of the waterfront setting, the home`s main living area is located on the second floor, where large windows showcase beautiful water views throughout the day.
Relax in the inviting living room with a Smart TV, gather around the dining table for family meals, or enjoy morning coffee and evening board games in the bright sunroom overlooking the water.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you`ll need to prepare meals at home. Just off the kitchen is a spacious full bathroom with double sinks and a modern glass walk-in shower.
A charming spiral staircase leads to the private primary loft, complete with a comfortable bed, generous closet space, and a private balcony where you can unwind while taking in spectacular waterfront views.
The lower level provides additional space for everyone to spread out, featuring:

Things to Know
Up to 2 dogs allowed
Five kayaks are available for guest use.
Rinnai gas heaters provide comfortable warmth throughout the home.
Boats may be tied to the private dock during higher tides. Please note that the dock rests on sand and rock at low tide.
There is no mooring available.
The primary bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or very young children.
House Rules & Helpful Info
-No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside on the property.
-No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- No Parties are allowed or a $500 additional cleaning fee will apply.
-Trash & Recycling: Please remove all trash, including any food left in the fridge, and place bagged trash in the outdoor bins.
-Recycling does not need to be sorted, except for bottles and cans that are refundable in Maine. These can be set aside—feel free to return them to a local redemption center, or housekeeping will collect them.
-Damage Policy: Accidents happen—please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly. The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $1500, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded.)
-Starter Pack: Ohana provides a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Guests are responsible for replenishing the following items as needed.

-Personal hygiene items
-Sunscreen
-Beach towels
Grill Use: If a grill is available, please do not move it and keep it 5–10 feet from the house at all times. Kindly clean the grill after each use.
If propane runs out, please contact Ohana customer service for a replacement.

-Please: Flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items.
-Avoid driving on the lawn, as pipes run underground.
