Enjoy the incredible view from this family-owned waterfront home on the coast of Maine. This four-bedroom two-bath cottage looks towards Cundy's Harbor and Sebasco Estates. Opposite of the water view, enjoy the one and a half acres of private wooded land. A quiet and beautiful setting!
Bath (West Bath) is a perfect location for a Maine vacation. Approximately 50 minutes to Portland, 30 minutes to Freeport ( LL Bean store!) or Boothbay Harbor, and only 15 minutes to downtown Bath and Brunswick where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movies, and more.

Can’t beat the view!The view of the water and the ospreys on Jenny’s Nubble never gets old. The house at Birch Point is comfortable and well appointed. Michelle is a great communicator. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a good time at the cottage. Michelle was very easy to communicate with. The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed.

The view was amazing, we watched osprey and boat traffic all day every day.Be wary, this is basically water of the Atlantic so it can be cold. The neighbors told us that we caught the warmest week all summer and it was really only swimmable two days. No fault of the place, just be aware if your heart is set on swimming. Highly recommend renting kayaks. Its cheaper than listed on their website and was definitely my favorite part of the visit.
