Enjoy a comfortable stay in this cozy studio for up to 2 guests, located on the second floor of Plaza Colonial in the heart of Playas del Coco. The plaza features a supermarket and other stores just steps away from your door. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or last-minute getaways, this studio offers easy access to Coco Beach and is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful beaches and attractions of Carrillo and nearby areas.
This bright and cozy studio apartment offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay in Playas del Coco. Whether you`re exploring Guanacaste or simply relaxing, it`s the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy a lazy morning in bed or step onto the private balcony, where the refreshing breeze and warm sunshine create the perfect setting to start or end your day.
The studio apartment and private balcony are exclusively yours to enjoy throughout your stay.
Although we may not meet in person during your stay, my team and I are always available through Airbnb messages if you need anything.

- This is a non smoking unit. Please do not smoke inside the apartment nor in the balcony. If you do you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.
- No pets are allowed in the house.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Please, maintain order and cleanliness in the apartment.
- Please, do not deposit toilet paper of any paper product in the toilet, as it can cause clogging. Instead, use the provided trashcans in the bathroom.
- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. On rentals over one week there is a $50 cap on electricity.
- Mandatory to enjoy your stay to the fullest and at least one sunset at the beach!
