Perfectly located, this ground-floor condo has a walkout from the beautiful covered terrace to the pool deck and poolside bar & grill. Your private terrace features comfortable padded lounge chairs, and dining space for four people.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
Pacifico L303 opens into a huge, updated space with a large L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV. The space flows to the updated kitchen, in-unit laundry, and breakfast bar seating for 4. All of the amenities of home can be found here, including stainless steel appliances, dishware and cookware, small appliances, and a stacked washer/dryer. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that open to your private, covered terrace.
Just off the kitchen is the primary bedroom with a comfortable King bed, dresser, and TV. The bedroom has large patio doors that open to the terrace. The primary en-suite bathroom has a walk-in closet for additional storage and a large bathroom with updated double vanity, shower stall, and water closet.
This one-bedroom unit is absolutely stunning and a great location with quick access to the pool, poolside bar & grill and sits just a quick walk to the Pacifico Sports Complex, grocery stores, restaurants and more!
Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).
There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service.
The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.
Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.
The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club.
Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

* The PACIFICO Beach Club is typically closed for the month of October for annual maintenance.
* The Beach Club may close to the public at any time for private events. These closures are determined by the Beach Club and are outside of our control. We will notify guests as soon as we are informed.

STAIR ACCESS
Please note that the second and third floors of PACIFICO condominium buildings are accessible by stairs only. There are no elevators in the residential buildings. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this when selecting a property.

The condo is steps from the pool and pool bar. The condo is nicely stocked with everything you need. It is close to restaurants, bars and grocery/liquor. Having a golf cart was fun, but not necessary. We enjoyed it because it is very hot in CR and walking to eat etc would be very warm. It was also nice to bring things back from the market and liquour stone. The grounds were very well kept and the beach club was nice but we enjoyed the pools better. The only thing that I would suggest is the condo could use some sprucing up with paint and the bath and bed doors were in not great shape. Pool cooler and beach chairs were nice, Rich Coast was easy to communicate with.

We could not have been happier with our stay! The communication was excellent and made coming in and out seamless. We where very impressed with the amenities, it was if we had our own place in Coco! This is a quiet, clean and very comfortable place with great access to everything in town and beaches. We will be back!

Pacifico itself is awesome and this unit is in a great location. However, we found the upkeep lacking for a "luxury" condo. The porch fan did not work. The dishwasher did not get things clean, even when dishes were run through 2 or 3 times and after a few days, the shower required repair.
