This bright second-floor condo combines comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities in the heart of Pacifico. Overlooking two pool areas and the poolside bar & grill, the condo offers a relaxing tropical setting while remaining just a short walk from restaurants, grocery stores, and Coco's main street. With two king bedrooms, a spacious covered terrace, and access to Pacifico's Beach Club, it's an ideal home base just 35 minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR).
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR takes one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).
There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.
All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.
Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.
*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.
*The Pacifico Beach Club may close to the public due to private events at any time during the year. These closures are out of our control, and we try to communicate them to guests as soon as we are informed.

Rich Coast vacations was excellent to deal with. They were very responsive to our questions and even offered an early check in for our very early arrival. I would definitely recommend them as a host.
The Pacifico complex itself is beautiful. The pool is one of a kind and this unit specifically is located right in front of the pool. It has an amazing balcony and is very well furnished (both from a decor and supplies perspective). My only complaints would be that the unit itself is in need of several upgrades and repairs, especially when you consider the price per night to stay here. These repairs/replacements include:
- the dryer is incredibly noisy and takes a very long time to dry
- the garbarator only works if you plug it in from under the sink. You need to run it every now and then or the sink gets very clogged from something as a simple as a cream based soup
- our shower head shot right off after I turned on the shower (not a rich coast problem - they were very receptive when I notified them). We thankfully just used the master shower for the trip
- the black out curtains in the living room have been mostly ripped off so there is only one panel left. Being able to close them completely during the day would help keep the unit cooler
- the room closest to the hall needs blackout curtains as the hall light is on all night until 6 am and light pours through the shutters
These simple changes would really make a significant difference in the quality of the unit!

Overall we were very happy with our stay at Paradisus. The complex is well maintained. The complex is very close to the main core of Coco with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Help with excursions and golf cart rentals were covered as soon as a request was put through to management. Any minor issues we came across with our unit during our 2 week stay were quickly fixed when a request was put through to management. One suggestion I would have is that the outdoor furniture be replaced or some chairs added. With 4 adults sitting on the balcony seating was at a premium.
