Stay in the heart of Playas del Coco at PACIFICO, the area’s premier gated community. Unit L1211 is a spacious 3rd/top floor 3-bedroom condo offering comfort, convenience, and access to exclusive resort-style amenities. Relax at one of the multiple pools, enjoy the private Beach Club, and stroll to shops, dining, and the beach.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.
Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Enter the condo into a large kitchen with granite counters, full-size appliances, and a breakfast bar. The open-concept living area features plush recliner sofas and a flat-screen TV, perfect for winding down after a day of adventure. Sliding doors bring in natural light and connect to your private balcony.
The master suite includes a 4-poster king bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, and a walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share a full bathroom. With space for up to 6 guests, the layout is ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes). There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the Auto Mercado (5 minutes walk)
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service.
The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.
Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.
The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club.
Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

* The Beach Club may close to the public at any time for private events. These closures are determined by the Beach Club and are outside of our control. We will notify guests as soon as we are informed.

Please note that the second and third floors of PACIFICO condominium buildings are accessible by stairs only. There are no elevators in the residential buildings. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this when selecting a property.

The location of the condo was great, although further from the Beach Club than expected. A golf cart or car is certainly very handy to have - we loved the golf cart.A few suggestions for improvement - some shelves and hooks in the master closet would be useful, as not many places to put away clothes.More detailed instructions on the condo complex would be useful - a map of complex in advance, instructions about garbage disposal, how to use TV, pool rules ( taking away your towel and belongings if you haven't been there for 15 mintues), all would have been helpful to know in advance. But beautiful complex all round. Great place to stay.

The property was stunning. We enjoyed the area and the closeness to the beach. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to explore Del Coco. The hosts were extremely helpful and attentive.

Overall a very nice facility and apartment unit. Beautiful complex with plenty of amenities to enjoy. Conveniently located on the main strip without affecting the quiet environment. Property manager was very quick to communicate beforehand and during with any questions. Inside the unit, owner has left many amenities that made a week stay practical for a family of adults. This unit however, could use a refresh. Bathmats are worn thin, threading and were not clean. Peeling laminate coverings on cabinets, dull knives, stained plastic cutting board that is 'fuzzy' from too much use. The teflon is peeling on skillets and sheet pans were rusted. No one expects 'top of the line' in a rental, but these items and a few others were past their prime and safe usage. The cleaning service used by the property manager does not do a thorough job. If you drop something on the floor under the bed or behind a table, expect to pick it up covered in dust or hair. Visible finger prints on all light switches, appliances, etc. The hand and dish soap are watery, overfilled and bottles were sticky. It's just obvious they swap out the linens do a little spot cleaning. Cushions on patio furniture need cleaned and repaired. The birds have picked apart the edge of one cushion. I turned it around to minimize their access. Plastic folding patio table and chairs are worn and starting to crack. Overall though, it was a nice stay and we would consider again.

Pacifico resort is beautiful, peaceful and serene. The beach club is a welcome addition.
