About this apartment rental
This 3-bedroom corner condo offers loads of space and a perfect location within the Pacifico development. Enjoy being just steps from the pool and poolside bar & grill, plus quick access to the pedestrian gate. This condo is on the third floor, providing space between the pools and your private, shaded terrace.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Guests enjoy all of the benefits of the PACIFICO community, including 4 massive pools, access to the oceanfront PACIFICO Beach Club* with complimentary shuttle, a poolside bar & bistro, a children's play area, access to a member's only gym*, and a newly added outdoor sports area with tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts**. Right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
The condo opens to a large, well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and breakfast bar seating for 3. You can also serve up a meal in the dining area, with seating for 4. The dining space flows into the large living area with a flat-screen TV and access to the large covered terrace. The outdoor space has a dining table for 4 with chairs that double as a lounge space. Enjoy relaxing in the shade or evening games night. Surrounded by large palm trees, the terrace feels like a private haven with the cool ocean breeze giving respite from the tropical sun.
Back inside, the principal bedroom sits just off the living space and also has direct access to the covered terrace. It has beautiful wood furnishings, a king bed, and a large flat-screen TV. The spacious ensuite bathroom has two sinks, a large shower, and a walk-in closet.
Separated from the principal bedroom, the other 2 bedrooms are accessed down a hallway from the kitchen. The floorplan is great for guests that want to have some space between sleeping quarters. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two single beds. Both rooms have ample clothes storage and closet space. These bedrooms share a 3-piece bathroom with a large shower. The unit also has a stackable washer/dryer.
Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).
There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

Please note that this condo is on the 3rd (top) floor of the building. There is no elevator; guests use the stairs to access the unit.
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service.
The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.
Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.
The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club.
Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

* The PACIFICO Beach Club is typically closed for the month of October for annual maintenance.
* The Beach Club may close to the public at any time for private events. These closures are determined by the Beach Club and are outside of our control. We will notify guests as soon as we are informed.

STAIR ACCESS
Please note that the second and third floors of PACIFICO condominium buildings are accessible by stairs only. There are no elevators in the residential buildings. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this when selecting a property.

So pleased with our experience with this property and Rich Coast vacations. Clean, bright, spacious, host very responsive to our questions. Wild recommend to stay again.

Even before booking, the host was responsive and gracious. As someone who LOVES Costa Rica and visits as often as possible, I know how hot it can get. I was worried that the 74F degree limit on the AC might not be cool enough for me. The host took their time to chat with me about it. The host's responsiveness and friendly tone in all communications, continued throughout our visit. The unit was superb!! wonderful space, we never touched the AC as the unit always felt refreshing and cool. Having a standing oscillating fan was a helpful additional cooling capability for sleeping. The beds were super comfortable, the linens were luxurious, the beach towels were huge and of wonderful quality, as were the sturdy yet easy to carry beach chairs. We couldn't always find a place to sit in the shade at the resort pools (only temporarily each day). Although the community staying at Pacifico made good use of the pool - it never felt crowded, we always felt like we had a bit of space for ourselves :) it was decadent yet we felt comfortable. While the walk to the beach occasionally felt long in the heat - it was very doable and only 11 minutes (we timed it:) and the reward on each side of the walk was cool refreshing water whether in the ocean or the resort pools. I cook often and the kitchen was well stocked (dull knives but that seems the norm). It was nice to know that we could leave any extra food and the hosts would ensure it would be given to those in need.

Pacifico is a beautiful gated community. Rich Coast vacations who manages this property is amazing! Always very responsive and quick to help. This unit itself is tired, while it was very clean and in a great location for pools etc. I would look for a more modern upgraded unit. The beds were also very uncomfortable.
