Pacifico L1311 is a bright and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo offering 1,600 sq. ft. of open-concept living just steps from the community pool.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children's play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.
Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International airport, near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
Guests have full, private access to the condo and patio/balcony. Community amenities are shared with other guests.
The fully equipped kitchen flows into a dining area and cozy living room with Smart TV, opening onto a shaded terrace that spans the width of the condo — perfect for indoor-outdoor living. The primary suite is set apart from the two guest bedrooms, providing added privacy for families or groups. Enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining spaces, in-unit laundry, and complimentary parking with golf cart charging on-site.

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).
There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service.
The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.
Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.
The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club.
Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

* The PACIFICO Beach Club is typically closed for the month of October for annual maintenance.
* The Beach Club may close to the public at any time for private events. These closures are determined by the Beach Club and are outside of our control. We will notify guests as soon as we are informed.

Please note that the second and third floors of PACIFICO condominium buildings are accessible by stairs only. There are no elevators in the residential buildings. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this when selecting a property.

The host was very accommodating and resourceful. Any questions or concerns that we had were answered pretty quickly. We first arrived to the villa with a broken ladder and they fixed it the next day while we were out. They were very quick to respond when we needed to book any kind of excursions or ride to and from the airport. The drivers were so sweet and patient. We got to experience the pools as well as the beach club which were both fantastic! Definitely recommend the beach club and using the shuttle service. We loved the location. We didn’t need to rent a cart as we walked everywhere. The grocery store is right around the corner which was great and all restaurants were also within walking distance. Ladies this is not an area to wear heels especially if you plan on walking to the restaurants. Flats or kitten heels only lol. We would definitely book here again!
