This inviting vacation rental offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, located on the ground floor with easy access to a covered terrace and a walkout to the pool.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.
Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Guests have private access of the condo and balcony. PACIFICO amenities like the pools, sports complex and Beach Club are shared with other guests.
The unit features two well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing ample privacy and comfort for guests. The first bedroom, situated at the front of the unit, includes a king bed that can be converted into two twin beds upon request, making it ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed and has direct access to the covered terrace, offering a peaceful retreat. Two full bathrooms
The rental is designed with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar that seats three and full-size appliances, including a stacked washer and dryer for added convenience. Surrounded by tropical grounds, the property offers a serene ambiance, enhanced by the proximity to the Piña Shack poolside bar and grill.

It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).
There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the Auto Mercado (5 minutes walk)
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service.
The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.
Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.
The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club.
Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

* The PACIFICO Beach Club is typically closed for the month of October for annual maintenance.
* The Beach Club may close to the public at any time for private events. These closures are determined by the Beach Club and are outside of our control. We will notify guests as soon as we are informed.

STAIR ACCESS
Please note that the second and third floors of PACIFICO condominium buildings are accessible by stairs only. There are no elevators in the residential buildings. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this when selecting a property.
The PACIFICO SPORTS COMPLEX offers guests access to the tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court and soccer pitch. The facility is open to guests daily from 10am to 3pm. Equipment is NOT provided.

We enjoyed our stay at Pacifico unit L202. We loved being on the ground floor with walkout to pool deck. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen is well equipped, but could use some sharper knives for meal prepping. Having the washer and dryer came in handy so we didn’t have to pack so many clothes. All in all we would stay here again.

We’ve stayed in Pacifico a few times in the past and this was, by far our favorite unit! The ground floor next to the pool and snack stand! Close to pickleball courts and restaurants. Beautiful and had all the amenities we could ask for! Great visit!

We enjoyed our stay at Pacifico. The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. The bedrooms and living room are very spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable!!! The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. WE enjoyed sitting on the patio which overlooked the pool. The complex is very private with strict security. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. They were also very responsive. I really liked the WhatsApp group chat! Pacifico is about 30 min from the airport and close to restaurants and the beach is just a five minute walk. We loved the grocery stories, auto Mercado. It was less than a five minute walk and had many convenient food options. Staying at Pacifico made our vacation so much enjoyable and we liked having a home away from home option. Thank you Dave and team!!!
