The Space
Titas House is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, stress-free stay:
Living & Dining Area: An open-concept space featuring a comfortable leather sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table perfect for sharing meals.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Beautifully finished with vibrant local tile work, featuring a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and rice cooker. You can easily prepare your own meals!
Restful Bedroom: Features a practical bunk bed setup and, most importantly, Air Conditioning to ensure you stay cool and get a deep, restful sleep.
Private Laundry: A dedicated outdoor wash area with a washing machine and a traditional sink (pila), perfect for rinsing out your swimsuits and beach towels.
Secure, Covered Parking: Your vehicle will be safely parked under a roof, completely enclosed behind a gated fence for total peace of mind.
Stay Connected: Fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the home for remote work or streaming.

Our Standard of Peace: We pride ourselves on offering a quiet retreat. To protect the peaceful environment for both our guests and our neighbors, we strictly enforce quiet hours from 7:00 PM to 10:00 AM. We do not allow parties, loud music, or unregistered guests at any time. If you are looking for a serene spot to recharge, read a book, and experience the "Pura Vida" lifestyle at a slower pace, we would love to host you!
