This 32 m² studio, located on the 1st floor with an elevator, was completely renovated in 2026 to offer a modern, bright, and functional space.
The entryway opens onto a pleasant living area with a convertible sofa bed, a dining area, and a work area. The main sleeping area features a double bed, and the sofa can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to its new mattresses.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and also features a washing machine.
The bathroom includes a bathtub.
You’ll also enjoy a quiet setting with a view of the condominium’s garden.
Guests have access to the entire apartment as well as the residence’s private parking lot.
Check-in is self-service thanks to a digital keypad to access the building and a secure key box that also contains the remote control for the basement.
Check-in instructions are sent before your stay to ensure a simple and smooth arrival.
