Very nice appartment

I stayed here for two nights, and everything was excellent. The apartment has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is accessed through the living room, which is quite convenient. You can turn on the heating anytime, and the radiators make it very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped — you have absolutely everything you need for cooking, including detergents and cleaning supplies for both the kitchen and the bathroom. You really don’t need to bring anything. Towels are available in the hallway closet, and I really liked that you can take as many as you need, both for the kitchen and for the bathroom. Everything is spotless and well maintained. The host is extremely kind and speaks perfect English. Check-out is very easy: you just leave the key in a small lockbox with a password. The instructions are very clear — including how to take out the trash, arrange the chairs (for the cleaning robot), and where to place the used linen and towels. The apartment is bright, warm, and recently renovated. It’s located on the 4th floor of a clean and quiet building with an elevator. There’s free parking around the building, which is very convenient. It’s not right in the city center, but it’s easy to reach by car (own or rented) or by bus. Overall, it’s a wonderful place — clean, comfortable, and with an excellent host. Highly recommended!

Apartamento cómodo, grande y tranquilo cerca del centro de Tours!!!!

El apartamento es grande, espacioso, muy cómodo y bien aprovechado. Cocina equipada con todo. Salón amplio con terraza con vistas a un parque. Habitaciones grandes com camas de 150 cómodas y confortables. Y la ubicación en una zona residencial al lado de la zona universitaria, muy tranquila de noche y a solo 10 minutos en coche al centro de Tours es magnífica. Además pasan autobuses en la puerta para comunicarlo bien.

Logement très grand, propreté impeccable, très bon matelas (essentiel pour moi), très bien équipé, place de parking à côté et gratuite, propriétaire attentionné.Je recommande l’appartement. À revenir !

Oreiller et couette trop fins, un manque de contrôle (ex : manque une visse sur une chaise de bureau, il est proposé des denrées alimentaires mais les boites ou bouteilles sont vides, retrouvé des produits d’anciens locataires dans les placards ou tiroirs).

Le logement est neuf et très bien équipé. Il est spacieux et très agréable. Les 3 chambres étaient confortables. L'hôte avait laissé dans la cuisine des sacs poubelles, du café, du thé...Très bonne surprise !
