Includes WI-FI, Smart TV, Karaoke Machine, Fully Stocked Kitchen, BBQ Grill, HUGE deck with lots of privacy. Just 4 minutes from the Lake Fork Marina, a 30 min. drive to Gunnison, Hartman Rocks. An 1hr. drive to Montrose, Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, and Crested Butte.

The cabin includes board games for all ages, as well as camping chairs, a shade tent, cornhole, ladder golf, and a small cooler for your outdoor adventures.
