Ideal Gunnison home located right next to Hartmans Rocks recreation area. 35 minutes from Crested Butte, 15 minutes from Blue Mesa reservoir. Beautiful 1 acre property with plenty of parking. Child and dog friendly this rental is ideal for 2 family's to enjoy some time in the Gunnison area Biking, Rafting, Boating, Fishing, Skiing and Climbing.... or perhaps just some quiet time away. With ranch land backed right up to the large back yard and 4 miles separating the property from downtown your truly out in the country with instant access to some of the best natural playgrounds on earth! Come Visit!

Neat house as far as design and good space. Kitchen was very nice. Somewhat dated and needs some basic repairs. Very stained carpet, towel bars falling off wall, several beds are just on the floor with litte or no furniture in a couple bedrooms, stains on some sheets. Chairs out back for fire pit and some firewood would be nice. Served our needs fine for a fishing trip and owner was responsive.
