The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 120 m² holiday home in Beaussais-sur-Mer for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. With Wi-Fi (fibre optic) and towels included, we’re just waiting for you!

The various rooms in the house are spread over a ground floor and two upper floors.

On the ground floor, you will find:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, fireplace, sofa and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

On the first floor, you will find:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)

On the second floor, you will find:
- An open-plan area with a reading corner and two small bedrooms, each with a single bed (90×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 350 m², facing south-west and not overlooked
- A 20 m² terrace, facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Beaussais-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting. Local shops are just 3.5 km away.

Activities:
- The beaches at Lancieux, Saint-Briac-sur-Mer and Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer.
- Walks along the Customs Officers’ Path (GR34) with magnificent panoramic views of the Emerald Coast.
- Explore Dinard, with its Belle Époque villas and the Promenade du Clair de Lune.
- Visit the pirate town of Saint-Malo and its ramparts

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (1 vehicle).
