The Space:
Situated near Sand Hollow State Park, this beautifully situated home features amazing views and all the comforts of home. Inside, you'll find a large and open living room with a stacked-stone gas fireplace and a cable TV, perfect for entertaining guests. Overlooking the living room, the full kitchen is furnished with lustrous wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space to play around on. You'll love using the large five-burner range to prepare tonight's home-cooked family meal. Challenge someone to a game of pool in the garage or spread out to do a little stargazing on the patio.
This home is right next to Sand Hollow Reservoir, just two-and-a-half miles away, and Zion National Park, just a 45-minute drive away. You'll be super close to lots of famous mountain biking trails like JEM Trail and Gooseberry Trail in Hurricane and ZEN trail in St. George. Tee off at Coral Canyon Golf Course (nine miles away) or Green Spring Golf Course (15 miles away).

Oversized parking is not allowed on the street in front of the house or in the dirt lot behind the house. The police will fine you $750 if you park on the dirt lot. For oversized parking, please park on Dixie Springs Rd.

The house is clean, modern, fashionable, and full of amenities! The neighborhood is equally pleasant. The house is located perfectly in the middle of the locations I wanted to visit on my trip.

We appreciate the amount of space and beds available while staying on vacation here. The sheets and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and necessities, which we appreciated. In the add it said some bikes were available. All bikes but one were usable. Things in the home had signs like "don't mess or you'll screw it up" or things that were broken and needed attention and repair. If a bench is broken, remove it from the house so I don't have to keep my children off of it. The throw pillows on beds and couches seemed dirty. Like they've never been washed or updated. While cockroaches are a given in this area, we found some in the house. The shampoo and conditioner were switched and put in the wrong containers which was weird like they were reusing sample size bottles. We found hand prints on doors and furniture. We liked the close proximity to Quail and Sand Hollow. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The master bedroom needs window coverings in the bathroom. While we enjoyed our stay, I don't see us wanting to seek this one out again.
