Splash is a beautiful 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath home that comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Wake up with a hot cup of coffee on the patio watching the sunrise over your private pool. Head out to Sand Hollow Reservoir for a day full of adventure; cliff jumping, paddle boarding, exploring the sand dunes, or renting a boat for the day are just a few examples of all the fun to be had! For a more relaxing day, grab a pool floatie and head out back to your private pool! The kids will love being able to splash around in the splash pad instead of fully submerged. With many lounge chairs, catching rays is enjoyable in or out of the water! The fully equipped kitchen, barbeque, indoor and outdoor seating make dinner parties for friends and family a breeze. Grab a cold drink and relax your tired muscles in your private hot tub as the sunset paints the sky an array of colors. Roast a few marshmallows around the fire out back under the starry night sky for a sweet treat! Fantastic place to stay that is convenient to surrounding National and State Parks. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family.

This was our third time to the area and this was our favorite house so far. Plenty of space inside and out for our four-person family. Hot tub is old and janky but works. Back patio and outdoor space were great. Boys were thrilled with the third stall game room.

It fit all our needs. Pool, hot tub and splash pad were nice to have right in the back yard. Loved the outdoor seating for entertaining. Great communication with host when we needed assistance. It is out a ways, but it worked well for us. We would stay again!

House was nice,besides location, backyard and pool was our main reason for booking. We had a couple issues. First, the red sands app took us to the wrong house. I called red sands and a helpful employee got us to the right address. When we arrived there was a mess of extension cords and power tools lying in the back yard. I picked up everything and stowed it in the pool shed. A shower broke on our second day and the water would not shut off. A tech showed up at 10 at night to get the water shut off. Kudos to him. He was friendly and did a great job, aldo came back and fixed the shower a few days later while we were at bryce canyon. We enjoyed the yard during the day but the amount of roaches and ground beatles in the yard at night was disturbing. Every morning i used a toy shovel to scoop up a dozen or more dead carcasses into the bushes. I turned on the patio light one night and couldn't believe my eyes. Dozens of roaches and other bugs kept us from using the yard after dark. We did not find any bugs in the house, until the last day when packing i found a live roach in the kitchen. We did make the best of it and thoroughly enjoyed Hurricane and all of Utah that we saw. We were dissappointed not being able to swim at night or enjoy the firepit or patio after dark. We probably won't be using red sands again due to this experience.
