About this house rental
In addition to all of the nearby attractions 10-30 minutes away! (Zions National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, St. George) this home gives your group plenty to do with its private pool, pickleball court, soccer field, trampoline and amazing interior.The interior of the home offers a massive kitchen and living room area with plenty of seating and space for large families.

Primary Room has a bathroom comparable only to an upscale penthouse with king size bed and upgraded bedding! Front bedroom with another king bed & personal desk. Then the 2 kids haven bunk rooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. Kid room #1 = 2 Full size bunks (4beds/sleeps upto 8). Kid room #2 = 1 Full size bunk (2beds/sleeps up to 4). Easily sleeping 10-12 in the 4 bedrooms.
The BACKYARD of the home is where this rental really stands out with its large POOL with automatic safety cover (colder months: optional pool heated at $85/day) complete with a shallow end for small children. HOT TUB comes heated year round. A regulation size PICKLEBALL COURT, fenced TURF FIELD for whatever activity you desire, TRAMPOLINE and a pool house w/ PINGPONG TABLE to keep cool while still being involved with others outside.
Still finding yourself bored at our mini sports complex? No problem, you're about 5 minutes away from golfing at Sand Hollow Resort, Sky Mountain, and Coral Canyon.
Golf not your thing? Quail Creek Reservoir and Sand Hollow Reservoir are extremely close and allows boating, kayaking, grilling on the beach, etc. All around you are trails for off-roading and Sand Hollow even has sand dunes to drive around in. NEW 2024 Jellysone Zion Water Park
St. George, Zions National Park, and Tuacahn are all within 20-40 minutes.
Our home is best for typically families or friends. We DO NOT allow parties of any kind and smoking is prohibited. If you want to rent our home for your bachelor/bachelorette party, graduation, wedding reception, or anything similar, OUR home is NOT for you per our City License Permit.

3 Exterior Blink (black square) Cameras were installed (driveway, front door and Pool) because we had many times where pool cover was damaged. New cover was installed summer 2022. Pictures show view of cameras. The other white cameras are old broken and inoperable.
COVID UPDATE: We are Contactless Check In, No shampoo/condition s or bath soaps available & this time- please bring personal items. Check Out Details are in mudroom by the garage door.)

The house was great! We used all of the amenities and had the pool heated so we used it a ton too! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We had plenary of room to spread out and also plenty of room to gather in the living room/kitchen area. Having laundry was great! The host was very responsive. The house isn’t super fancy but it was clean and we had a great time! Highly recommend!

We didn’t use the pool the weather wasn’t that warm. The bbq was so greasy it caught on fire and created a lot of smoke. So many drawers and cupboards it would be nice if labeled. The hot tub is run down missing cover to filter, cracks, motor super loud otherwise heated well. Loved the pickle ball court we thoroughly enjoyed that. Kitchen seating were metal very uncomfortable. The sink drain pipe was loose and filled the cabinet below so we tightened the fittings ourselves. The neighbors dogs barked all day and most the night. I would recommend some maintenance, updates, someone to clean outside the house it was covered in dirt and debris. Also adding instructions on how to use the tvs. The instructions on how to open the pool cover was missing pushing the “check” mark. It took us several times before we figured it out. Being able to dim the light over the dining table would be nice it was so bright. The host was helpful and responded quickly. Screens on windows and doors so flys stay out. We killed over 60. The refrigerator/freezer was super spacious. It’s a great house for large gatherings just needs some tlc and updates.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood, it has everything and we have stayed here multiple times. We love the pickleball, pool, hot tub, and large gathering areas for our family. We will be going back again!

We had a group of 10, and enjoyed a relaxing rejuvenating week at this beautiful modern clean home. I have booked our family vacations every year and this was our favorite. It was very clean, modern, inviting, and the beds were so comfy. 2 of our members had unexpected health issues (kidney stones!!) during our stay and are fine, but needed to rest at home instead of running around as planned. By the way, Danielle had provided information about the nearest health care facilities and we went to St. George Medical Center ER and they were phenomenal -both times!!! (and we are a physician family) No worries about being at the house more than planned, it made a nice vacation agenda albeit different than planned! We spent hours playing pickle ball, swimming in the pool, playing ping pong, and reading on the deck. We had peace of mind from Covid in this haven, as I booked it long before we knew what the landscape of Covid cases would be. As with any rental property, if you want quality knives, I always suggest bringing your own. However, the kitchen was well stocked and the linens were such a treat. Danielle was a wonderful and caring host, attentive to our needs, and we appreciated her a lot. Thanks for an amazing stay.
