I’ve rented houses and condos many times and this house was probably the I’ve used! There were 5 of myself and my family and there was more room than we actually needed. The pool was nice and there were several other activities available such as a basketball goal, an exercise room and a game room with several activities available in it. The only problem was that we couldn’t get the hot tub to actually heat up enough to use it (could have been user error though). And there was a jack & jill bathroom that had to be shared. I would recommend this house to anyone that might be interested. PS. We loved Southern Utah and the state parks and of course Zion!

We loved this house. We spent lots of time in the pool, and hot tub, played basketball, cornhole, mini golf, chess, and played ping pong as well as an assortment of games in the game room. We had a couple of questions, which were answered promptly, and communication was great. We are in the process of scheduling another visit and would definitely stay there again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this house. We love it! The neighborhood is great, the amenities are fun and the house is well taken care of.

Home is laid out great. Beds pretty comfortable. When we arrived mots of the cookware needed washed well, lots of food particles left on them. Pool was in rough condition, pool guy did show up (unannounced) and shocked it and left some for us to use the next day. Hot tub was less than 1/2 full but never filled. Also a visit from peat control would be good with the bugs found in the house (just a few roaches). Ran out of dishwasher soap and trash bags. Also restocked paper plates and paper towels. Just a few things all in all a great stay, nice location and appliances all functioned well. Thanks for the hospitality and would stay again if the price was right!!!
