About this apartment rental
Welcome to Little Chelsea, this vibrant area right in the heart of Eastbourne. You are even more welcome to our stylish and comfortable Flat 7 in Central Court.
There is always myself or one of my two co-hosts available on site 24/7 for your convenience, to help or to answer any questions.
We leave a small welcome pack – bread, milk, butter, jam/marmalade, various teas/coffee/hot chocolate, muesli, granola, olive oils, vegetable oil, salt, pepper and some fruit...... just to get you started!
The property is part of a historic building known as Central Court built in 1879 at the same time as the town hall, which sits on the nearby corner (if you get lost ask for the town hall). Little Chelsea is a lovely location for a stay, and is well known for its independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.
Flat 7 is on the second floor, up two flights of stairs, with town views to the front and back. Please also bear in mind that the 3rd bedroom (the one with the two white bunk beds) is separated from the living room just by a curtain you can pull across, rather than a door. The two bunk beds are european size, being 2 meters long and so are suitable for adults as much as children.
Luckily we have a secure/locked underground parking space for Flat 7, which is only 30 meters up the road.
Pets
We are pet friendly but with a maximum of 2 dogs please. We also do not allow dogs to be left unattended in the property, but we do offer a dog sitting service by prior arrangement, which allows you to enjoy all the amazing pubs and restaurants in Little Chelsea or further afield. Additionally we offer a dog walking service for half hour, hour or longer and again by prior notice only.
Keys for the property are in a lockbox at the front door of the building, so ideal for self check-in and check-out. The full details of check-in and the garage parking space will be sent to you before check-in....but there is always one of the three of us on site to help .....just phone at any time.
