Large windows at the water's edge. The house is located in a real corner of Finistère perfectly quiet. You have the feeling of being in the middle of nature and day and night you are at the edge of the waves.

In the living room on the first floor there is a wood stove and a French window opening onto the terrace facing the sea. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a 4-burner hob, electric and microwave ovens, an espresso machine, Italian coffee makers, a kettle, a toaster, food processors, etc. Next to it are two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm double bed, the other with two single beds that can be assembled into a large 180 cm bed. As well as a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.

From the vestibule, where you can also play table tennis on windy days, a wooden staircase leads upstairs. You can ride an elliptical or exercise bike in the gym with a bird's eye view of the sea, read and play table football in the games room, or sit at the piano in the music room. The bedroom has a 160 cm bed and also overlooks the ocean. A second bathroom with bathtub and toilet is adjoining. On the garden side there is also a bedroom with a huge bed measuring 220 x 200 cm.

It is a comfortable and welcoming home.

The beach is pebbly with sandy spots. It is right in front of the house and is easily accessible. Very large sandy beaches can be reached by the coastal path that passes behind the garden. The fish market where you buy fish directly from some fishermen is nearby, so you can watch the fishing boats coming and going from the house. Audierne, from where you embark for the island of Sein off the tip of the Raz and its marina with its restaurants, cafes and creperies, are at the end of the trail.

Pets are also welcome.
