Myself, my husband and our two teenage daughters spent a week at this wonderful property.
We were greeted on arrival by the very amenable hosts, Andre and Marie Christine who were extremely helpful in explaining everything we needed to know about the house and talking to us about the local area. There was a small problem with the wifi when we arrived which Andre immediately resolved by popping out to buy a replacement cable- we were very impressed by how efficiently he dealt with this. Andre and Marie Christine have thought carefully about how to make their guests' holiday experience enjoyable, for example they have a comprehensive range of leaflets and brochures in the property, including tidal times for the nearby beach.
The house is beautiful! An old cottage style property, it was extremely spacious for the four of us. It comprises of a kitchen diner, large utility room, big lounge, downstairs bathroom with two separate WCs, a lovely conservatory with sea views, three big double bedrooms and a good sized twin bedroom. Outside there is a great decked area with table and chairs so you can dine al fresco enjoying stunning sea views (perhaps having cooked on the brand new bbq!). There is plenty of space to park and some grass, though the gardens aren't so important when you're a two minute walk to the sea! The house is very well equipped with everything that you need to make it a home from home and it is also very clean. The beach was very quiet when we were there in August which was an added bonus. It's a good sized beach with golden sands.
There are several main supermakets within 10-15 minutes away and the beautiful town of Audierne, with its pretty harbour, is only a few minutes away by car, boasting many restaurants, mainly seafood, good creperies and pizzerias. In peak times you need to buy a parking permit from the tourist office for three euros, but this was a very simple procedure.
All in all we would highly recommend this charming property, it's a wonderful base to explore beautiful Brittany and then relax in after a long day out and about or sunning yourself on the beach, safe in the knowledge that the owners are there to help should you need them. We definitely hope to return soon!

Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles da was man braucht. Beschreibung passt zu 100%. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Aussicht ist einfach gigantisch. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und zum Leuchtturm „Eckmühl“ Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Die Strände und Orte in der Umgebung sind spitze. Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen hier sehr genossen. Neben dem wunderbaren Flair des Hauses, dem Blick auf das Meer und die super Nähe zum Meer. Man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten an einem der beiden Strände, die zu langen Spaziergängen einladen. Zum Einkaufen oder nach Audierne sind es nicht mehr als 10 Autominuten. Plouhinec bietet einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung des Finistere. Wenn man Informationen zur Gegend, zur Bretagne braucht, hat man sich nur an die liebe Familie Talidec wenden. Beide sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Kurz und gut es waren sehr schöne und tolle Urlaubswochen, die die Bretagne von ihrer schönsten und natürlichsten Seite gezeigt haben. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Plouhinec sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen,mit super Ausblick auf das Meer. Die tolle Terasse und der Wintergarten haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.
Alles war sehr sauber, praktisch und gut ausgestattet.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und entgegenkommend.

Uns hat das Haus vor einem Jahr so gut gefallen, dass wir in diesem Juli wieder 2 Wochen hier verbracht haben. Details zum Haus s. unsere Bewertung vom letzten Jahr und nachstehende Ergänzungen:
- geräumiges und zweckmäßiges Badezimmer mit großer Dusche
- schöne, sehr sonnige Terrasse mit Merrblick
- sehr freundliche Vermieter
- gute Einkaufsmöglickeiten: Supermarkt und Bäcker in Plouhinec; Lidl und Leclerc in Audierne, ca. 5km
Die Gegend ist herrlich. Es können viele Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto unternommen werden. Nachstehend eine Auswahl der Ziele, die uns sehr gut gefallen haben.

Wir haben zu zweit dieses Haus im Juli 2020 für zwei Wochen bewohnt. Ursprünglich wollten wir zu viert fahren, aber das hat sich leider kurzfristig geändert.
Die Fotos vermitteln ein stimmiges Bild der Einrichtung und auch des Ausblicks auf das Meer.
Man sollte allerdings folgendes wissen:
Das Erdgeschloss ist nicht ebenerdig. Von der Küche geht es zwei Stufen hinunter und eine wieder hinauf zum Wohnzimmer. Wir haben uns daran gewöhnt. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sind im Dachgeschoss, von wo wir einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und auch in den Stermenhimmel inkl. Milchstraße hatten. Aber beide Toiletten sind im Erdgeschoss.
Das dritte Schlafziimmer im EG mit Fenster zur Straße liegt direkt neben einer Toilette.
Von der kleinen Veranda hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Sie ist aber leider nicht als Essraum geeignet. Hier kann man Lesen oder Musik hören. Wir haben immer im sehr großen Wohnzimmer gegessen. Auch dort hatten wir durch ein kleineres Fenster Ausblick aufs Meer.
WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Internet ist schnell. TV bietet ein oder zwei deutsche Fernsehsender.
Das Grundstück ist gut eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund unbeaufsichtigt im Garten sein konnte.
Der Fußweg zum Strand dauert gute fünf Minuten. Offiziell sind Hunde dort leider verboten. Aber es gibt ja den Zöllnerweg.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Maison très agréable, avec terrasse, véranda et jardin bien exposés avec une jolie vue sur la mer. La maison est proche de la plage et du sentier côtier pour de jolies balades, dans une rue très calme. Les espaces intérieurs sont agréables. La maison était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée, et elle est parfaitement bien équipée ce qui fait que l’on se sent immédiatement comme chez soi ! Les propriétaires sont charmants et veillent au confort de leurs occupants. Des vacances bretonnes idéales !

Wir haben den Urlaub in Plouhinec sehr genossen. Das Haus war ideal gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Sehr gute Betten und eine sehr schöne Veranda mit Meerblick haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben alle Anfragen umgehend beantwortet.
Das Haus bietet viel Platz und wir konnten für alle 6 Personen individuelle Plätze finden, wo jeder das tun konnte was er wollte ohne andere zu stören. Das Bad war sehr schön und großzügig geschnitten.
Die Küche hatte alles Nötige zum Kochen und eine schöne Sitzmöglichkeit für alle.
Und die herrliche Terrasse mit Meerblick hat uns alle verzaubert.
Kurzum ein tolles Haus in einer schönen Gegend.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche im Haus von Herr und Frau Talidec verbracht.
Der Empfang war pünktlich und sympathisch.
Das Haus gross, wir hatten einen grossen Hund dabei, wir mussten keine Möbel rücken um Platz zu schaffen.
Es war sehr sauber, ein Teil des Hauses frisch renoviert. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Die Vermieter waren nett und zuvorkommend.
Es sind nur ein paar Minuten Gehweg zum Strand.
Insgesamt eine ruhige Lage und sehr zu empfehlen

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) haben Mitte Juli 2018 eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Blick von der Terasse ist fantastisch und zum nächsten Strand sind es nur 5 -10 Gehminuten. Eigentlich wollten wir dort Rad fahren, da uns nicht bewusst war, wie bergig die Gegend ist. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett. Mit einer Mischung aus Französisch und Englisch konnten wir uns einigermaßen verständigen. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Tout le confort pour faciliter des vacances reposantes. Par contre ameublement suranné, reste dans son jus, mais qui va bien à la Maison. Propriétaire agréable, a l'écoute de ses résidents . Il manque un peu de vaisselle, et d'ustensiles pour cuisiner. Par contre les verres sont en abondance. Un plateau serait nécessaire pour le service autant intérieur qu'extérieur. Pour ceux qui se lèvent la nuit, des toilettes à l'étage seraient les bienvenues.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem grossen Haus verbringen können. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein Hund. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Landschaft ist einfach Super. Die Besitzer Marie & Christine und André sind sehr nette Leute, hilfsbereit und das Haus ist sehr sauber. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden.
Zum Strand kann man zu Fuss gehen, oder zu weiteren mit kurzer Autofahrt. Einkaufmöglichenkeiten in der Nähe und ein Wochenmarkt in Audierne (15 Min. mit Auto). Man befindet sich im Herzen der wilden Bretagne und man kann viele Spaziergänge machen. Wir kommen wieder.
We have spent two wonderful weeks in this big house. We, four adults and a dog, enjoyed the time and were feeling very comfortable in the house. The house is very well equipped and you find everything you need. The owners Marie-Christine and André are very charming people and helpful for any matter. The view to the sea is wonderful und the beach is in a walking distance. Shopping possibilities are very near and in Audierne there is also a local market. As the location is just in the middle of the wild Bretagne, you have may possibilities to go to the beaches or like we hiking every day a new part of the coast trail “cotier santier”.
