Located in the heart of Cap Sizun, Audierne is a lively seaside resort in southern Finistère.
Its harbor and quays, right in the city center, are a delight for boaters and strollers alike. Strolling through the old town, you’ll discover its shops, restaurants, and historical heritage as you wander through its narrow streets.
Audierne Bay offers magnificent beaches of fine sand stretching as far as the eye can see, where families will enjoy strolling in all seasons. The charm of the small Capucins cove and its large footbridge will appeal to young and old alike.
Audierne Bay will also delight sports enthusiasts, with its exceptional natural setting, strong maritime character, and a multitude of water-based activities. With numerous spots along more than 60 km of coastline, Cap-Sizun is a prime destination for water sports enthusiasts and thrill-seekers. Water sports, swimming, surfing, boating, diving, sailing… these activities are accessible to everyone, from beginners to experienced participants, thanks to the nearby schools and water sports centers.
The house:
A traditional Breton house, tastefully and completely renovated in 2020, blending old-world charm with modern comforts.
Whether with family or friends, you’ll feel right at home here. The house has been designed to welcome you comfortably and allow you to enjoy an unforgettable vacation in an exceptional setting.
On the first floor, an entryway leads to a cozy living room, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the large patio (or private courtyard), and a half-bath with a sink.
On the first floor, there is a large master bedroom with one 180x200 bed and a private bathroom featuring a large bathtub and a toilet. A second bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a shower room, and a desk.
On the top floor, a landing leads to two attic bedrooms and a shower room. The first bedroom has two 90x190 beds and a desk. The second bedroom has a 120x190 bed and a desk. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a toilet.
Outdoor areas: a large, charming furnished patio featuring a covered section and a storage shed for your bikes, surfboards, paddleboards, diving gear, etc. A door provides direct access from the patio to the street.
From every room, you can enjoy views of the mouth of the Goyen (a coastal river).

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end en famille. Maison bien équipée, propre et au calme malgré une route passante devant.
Le petit plus, le patio pour profiter de l'extérieur en sécurité avec des enfants.
Emplacement idéal pour visiter.

Maison idéale pour partir en famille ou entre amis . Les différentes salles de bains, la cuisine et sa salle à manger sont spacieuses et permettent que le séjour se déroule au mieux ! Et les propriétaires en cas de demande, sont très réactifs et très accessibles.
