Property Details: Dream Catcher is a two-bedroom, one-bath home comfortably sleeps up to six guests and offers relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy Florida’s Nature Coast.
The home features a king bedroom, queen bedroom, sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, fiber internet, screened-in porch overlooking the water, lower waterfront patio, private dock, driveway, and covered carport parking for up to three vehicles.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire space. Please note that some owner’s storage areas may remain locked and the down stairs unit home is used for storage and not accessible to guests.

Interaction with Guest: We want your stay to be relaxing and memorable. Guests enjoy convenient self check-in, and our team is available throughout your stay should you have questions or need assistance. We’re always just a message or call away while giving you the privacy to enjoy your vacation.

Other Things To Note:
No Swimming in the Lagoon: For your safety, swimming is strictly prohibited in the lagoon. Boat traffic, changing water conditions, underwater hazards, and local wildlife make the lagoon unsafe for swimming.

• Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles.
• Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours.
• Pine Island Beach, Rogers Park, Weeki Wachee Springs, Crystal River, restaurants, grocery stores, and many attractions are just a short drive away.
• Please note that any extension request made after 4:00 PM on the evening before your scheduled checkout will incur a $50 late extension fee, in addition to the applicable nightly rate. This fee is necessary because our cleaning schedule must be adjusted on short notice. To avoid the additional fee, please submit any extension requests before 4:00 PM the night prior to your checkout date.
