Hose was great along with kayaks, paddle board, and bikes. Beds were comfortable and and the location was nice.

Steve has made a warm welcoming home for guests! Every little thing you could think of and some you wouldn’t were made available. Seamless and smooth to walk in and feel at home. Lovely touches in decor and comfort. The extra fun by way of amenities in the garage were outstanding! His advice for what we could do was perfect- we did it all- and couldn’t be happier. Absolutely a wonderful stay! If you book, say hi to the welcoming committee for us! *male and female lizards on the steps and patio!

Very nice and clean home with friendly neighbors. The home had everything we would ever need. Comfortable beds and pillows. We would stay here again without question.

During my wife’s 18 day stay: •The water was shut off for lack of payment! •The house Air Conditioning stopped working!! My wife had to cancel Sunday plans to be available when the repair man came the following day. The AC guy said he makes many visits a year to the house and the owner refuses all long-term fix suggestions. •Directv displayed the message that the service would be shut off if payment wasn't made within 5 days. Other minor things that distracted from the location: •No light upon arrival requiring my wife to use here cell phone light to climb the outside stairs and gain entry to the house. •Shower hot/cold control is reversed. This means the hotter your shower the lower the pressure due to the reversal. The local property manager said the owner knows this is an issue. •No house description folder – only flyers for local restaurants. It took two days to figure out the place had Directv because that remote was somewhere else in the house, not with the TV Remote. My wife was extremely patient because she didn’t want to interrupt her vacation and find another place to stay. There was also the “no refund” policy that turned out to be more important to the owner than anything else. We contacted VRBO after the stay and they said they would talk to owner and see if they could get us a day’s refund for inconvenience, the owner said no and said he didn’t understand where the problem was, he quickly responded to all the issues. Vacationer beware the risks!
