Upstairs, you’ll find the second bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and direct access to a magnificent private terrace. Fully equipped with outdoor furniture, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy Seville’s wonderful climate. From here, a staircase leads to an exclusive rooftop sun terrace offering privileged views of the Cathedral.

Just a short walk away, you’ll find excellent restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, as well as the city’s most iconic landmarks, including the Cathedral, La Giralda, and the Royal Alcázar.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
