All bed linens, hand and bath towels, washcloths and beach towels are included. No making beds when you arrive or waiting for a laundry rental service to deliver them. Actual bed linens may differ from the pictures as all linens and quilts are washed after every guest stay.

We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs so your furry friends can enjoy the beach with you. A $250 non-refundable pet fee applies per stay.
Please note that guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they are well-behaved while on the property so everyone can enjoy their stay. We do ask that furry friends less than 1 year old are crated when staying alone.
PLEASE NOTE:
This property also includes a separate, privately accessed one-bedroom in-law suite located at the rear of the home. The suite is not included with this listing.
Guests staying in the main house do not have access to the rear suite or its private outdoor areas, and guests staying in the suite do not have access to the main house, front decks, or your designated parking area.
During your stay, the rear suite may be occupied by separate guests, or it may remain vacant. The two accommodations have completely separate entrances and are designed to provide privacy for both groups.
While you may occasionally see other guests arriving or departing, there are no shared indoor living spaces between the two rentals.
