The home may be called Pelican Perch but you will find it to be an ideal roost for your brood. With five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and the living, dining, and kitchen areas all on one level, this home provides the security of knowing where everyone is, particularly if you have little ones or your canine companions with you. The comfortably furnished great room with idyllic Atlantic Ocean views opens out to an open sun deck perfect for sunbathing or relaxing with a drink of your choice morning, noon, or night. The solid surface kitchen countertop which extends into the dining area to offer bar seating, combined with the large dining table, provides room enough for the entire family to dine together. This house fit me and my families needs. My only suggestion would be to maybe get the captains chairs for the deck. Due to the dunes it is a little hard to see, but the views are beautiful when you stand up. Loved our stay!

This place could use a little love and a few extra steps going to the beach, but it was a nice little place for our family and grand dogs.
We kept trying to find switches for the lights over the cars, but never could figure it out.
It has everything you need and was very comfortable.

Our family enjoyed our week at this oceanfront property. This was a great value, as it accommodated our family of 6 and an infant comfortably. The convenience of being oceanfront, the proximity to town, and well-equipped kitchen served us well. The house was not sparkling clean, but it was clean enough. My mother in law did additional cleaning, dusting, and tidying to make the house a bit more comfortable. While the house comes with a linen package, I would recommend bringing a few extra bath and kitchen towels of your own (one kitchen towel isn’t a lot and bath towels are scratchy). Overall, we would definitely consider staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect for our family of 5. There was construction going on next door which was sort of a bummer for enjoying the awesome deck overlooking the beautiful beach . But that is no ones fault! Besides that it was the best beach trip we have ever had. We would def stay here again!
