Villa Pibinson welcomes you to Mougins, in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. This 100 m² villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the main house, plus a suite in a separate annex. The kitchen is fully equipped. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and washing machine are provided. The recently renovated interior offers a warm, inviting décor for a relaxing stay.
Enjoy the terraces: one covered with a summer kitchen and barbecue, and one open—perfect for savoring Mediterranean days and evenings with family or friends. An intimate outdoor lounge adds to your comfort. Dine al fresco and cool off in the private pool (5x2 m), ideal for sunny days. Please note: pool access is via stairs.
Two on-site parking spaces are available. Events are not allowed, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. Access to the villa is by stairs, with bedrooms and living room on different levels. The hosts live on the property, but not in the reserved villa.

Cannes and Grasse are 15 minutes away by car, with hiking trails and golf courses nearby. Car rental and cleaning service are available for an extra fee during your stay.
