About this villa rental
Villa Cecilia is a beautiful 5 bedroomed property, perfectly located in one of the most prestigious areas in Mougins. Situated on the hill of Mougins, the villa offers gorgeous sea views and is located within easy walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants of the old village of Mougins.
Villa Cecilia is a spacious contemporary property, offering comfortable living accommodation and the most spectacular views. The house sits back from a residential road and is accessed through automatic gates into a car port that can take up to 3 cars. Guests will enjoy light, airy accommodation which is fully air conditioned and modern interiors that have been tastefully decorated to a high standard.
The vast living room measures 100m2 and leads effortlessly onto a large outdoor terrace overlooking the mediterranean sea and the city of Cannes. Guests will enjoy a comfortable seating area and outdoor dining facilities including a 3.5 metre table that can seat up to 12 people with ease. Sun blinds provide shade if necessary. The property offers a large fully equipped kitchen complete with TV, an American refrigerator, wine cooler, both a conventional and steam oven as well as a plate warmer.
Four of the 5 bedrooms are located on the main ground level, 3 of which have ensuite bathroom facilities and all have a sea view and direct access to the garden area.
