A beautiful stone mas with plenty of character, located in a much sought after area of Mougins with sea views, beautiful gardens, a large swimming pool and a tennis court. This is a wonderful family house set in beautiful landscaped gardens planted with an abundance of flowering plants as well as palm trees, fruit trees and cypress trees.
Bastide des Vignes is south-facing and located in a secure, quiet residential area just below the celebrated village of Mougins. The property offers luxury and prestige as well as comfort and tranquillity. Guests will be captivated by the stunning sea views and beautiful gardens that are filled with fruit trees and a large variety of flowering plants.
The accommodation consists of 6 air-conditioned bedrooms. The kitchen, which has direct access to an outside dining terrace, is fully equipped and offers an additional back kitchen with washer/dryer and a large American fridge-freezer. The beautifully furnished living and dining room is light and spacious and opens directly onto the garden and another dining terrace benefiting from the spectacular open views towards the Mediterranean sea.
The outdoor living areas are perfect for entertaining and al fresco dining with a number of different seating areas to choose from.
