It comprises a lovely 15 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a garden of around 35 m² – we’re just waiting for you!

Set within a typical Corsican house, the accommodation spans the first to the third floors. On the second floor is a flat belonging to another owner. The corridors are communal areas, but each flat is secured by a lockable door on each floor.

The house is therefore laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

On the first floor:
- A 15 m² living room with a corner seating area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A dining room

On the third floor:
- A lounge with a double sofa bed and a fireplace (firewood not provided)
- Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 35 m² garden with a terrace and garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is situated in San-Giovanni-di-Moriani, in very pleasant surroundings.

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.
