About this villa rental
This modern villa of standing is located on the road of Ile Rousse in Monticello. At 5 minutes of Ile Rousse its beaches and its shops.
It has a very beautiful view on the sea, the gulf of Ile Rousse and its village, on the mountain side it has the view on Monticello.
It has a surface of 180 m ², a terrace of 110 m ² with swimming pool of 9 x 4,5 m and is situated on a ground of 2500 m ² raised and fenced.
You will find inside the villa :
1° - On the second floor (accessible by car):
- A fully equipped American kitchen opening onto the terrace and swimming pool.
- A laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and ironing facilities.
- A large dining room / living room of 50 m² with large windows overlooking the terrace and pool and view of Ile Rousse.
-Three bedrooms:
Bedroom I = the master suite with a 160 x 200 cm bed, its dressing room and its bathroom with corner bath and WC.
Room 2 = 1 bed in 160 x 200 cm, with large wall cupboards.
Room 3 = 2 beds in 90 cm, with large wall cupboards.
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- An independent WC.
In the corridor leading to the rooms again large wall cupboards.
2° - On the ground floor (accessible by car):
In a small apartment, not air-conditioned, we rent the 4th room = 1 bed in 160 x 200 cm, with large wall cupboards, its shower room and a toilet,
Important : This room is rented only for more than 6 adults,

Additional information:

You will find on the terrace a gas grill, sunbeds and parasol.
A garage of 90 m² that can accommodate several vehicles.
The household linen is provided. (except beach towels),
Animals are accepted.
The rental will be definitive only after reception of the deposit of 25% via the online payment.
The deposit check will not be cashed and will be returned, at your departure, after checking the inventory of fixtures.
For the cleaning, the supply and the maintenance of the linen, a participation of 100 € until 6 persons and 150 € from 7 persons will be claimed to you.

The house is very nice in and out side. The view is fantastic. Really great for families with small or large chrildren. The house is very big and can easily contain 8 people.

Vue exceptionnelle, très belles prestations, villa très fonctionnelle, très très agréable à vivre, un vrai plaisir ! A 9 nous avions le studio, plutôt un F2, très belle prestation également! Sans clim, un peu juste pour une année caniculaire mais très acceptable. Accueil et réactivité du gérant et des propriétaires excellents (petit souci avec parasol) ! Nous recommandons plus que vivement, nous avons passé un super séjour ! C'est sûr nous reviendrons !

We had two perfect weeks at this comfortable and perfectly located villa in 2015. We returned in 2016 and enjoyed the villa again for another two weeks of rest, relaxation and wonderful sea views. On our last night we booked again for 2017. Its so good we keep coming back. Everything is perfect and the people are so helpful and friendly. We might just come every year. We all love it.
