About this house rental
It's with great pleasure that we will welcome you to our spacious house, by the sea, functional and extremely well located in a quiet and pleasant subdivision for walking, cycling and jogging.
Sea access 30 m away via a gate.
Simple, comfortable furniture.
Ideal for family vacations, cousins.
We do not rent for income. This is just a way to cover the cost of maintaining our home. We have chosen to charge reasonable prices so that families and friends can enjoy our little corner of paradise. No bad surprises. Good times ahead.
With the proximity of the sea it is good even in the hottest of summer. In the south you have to protect yourself from the heat by closing during the hot hours and opening wide in the evening.
Each room has its fan. They can be useful at night when the shutters are closed.
We live a lot on the terrace. You can even cook there in the fresh air. Main living space in summer, the 2 covered terraces give access to the garden, one of which faces the sea of 30m2 with barbecue, plancha large garden table for your meals, aperitif, afternoon or game evening.
2nd side terrace of 15 m2 in front of bedrooms 2 and 3.
Sun loungers, deckchairs and hammocks at your disposal for your relaxation.
Garden of 3000 m2.
Sea 30 m away on small wild beach + huge sandy beach 5 mins walk away with 1 bar/restaurant on the beach.
+ 1 other bar restaurant 50 m from the beach
Cupboard or storage chest of drawers in each bedroom.
Ping pong table and rackets.
Town of Solenzara 4 km and Travo 3 km to go out or do your shopping.
Several food shops in these towns, some of which are open every day.
Aiguilles de Bavella, 1 hour away, renowned for their hikes and climbing routes on beautiful pink granite walls.
River swimming, tree climbing, via ferrata, canyoning nearby.
Bowling, beach equipment rental and cycling possible in Solenzara.
And the sea of course!
