Make this bright Arvada townhome your home base for exploring Olde Town, Denver, Golden, Red Rocks, and the Colorado mountains. Olde Town Arvada is approximately 0.8 miles away, about a 16-minute walk. Tons of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, shopping, seasonal events, and access to the G Line light rail.
The home sleeps up to five across two private bedroom suites. The primary suite has a king bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed configured to sleep three. Each bedroom has its own attached full bathroom, and an additional half bathroom serves the main living area.

Clean! Clean! Clean! We rented this property for 4 nights and couldn’t have been happier with the location. Close to Denver, Golden and Red Rocks. We’ll be back soon!

After a very long day of traveling it was nice to walk into such a clean and comfortable place. The bedrooms were great, the kitchen was very clean, and it was so nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. The only concern we had was fitting the car in the garage. Our rental company upgraded our vehicle due to not having the class of vehicle we reserved. When ended up with a Volvo XC90 and it was really tight, leaving just a few inches between the car, garage door, and wall at the front. The garage will easily fit two cars side by side, it’s just short. However, that didn’t dampen our stay at all. Owner was very responsive and even checked to see how our stay was going.

It was very good with one hiccup that was not good but got fixed. The place was spotless until we got to the master bathroom and bedroom. Not cleaned at all and gross. Took pictures sent to SkyRun and thankfully they were applied and sent in a new cleaning crew immediately. They apologized as well. Every business experiences misses from time to time. That’s going to happen. It m’s how they recover and SkyRun recovered excellently. The only other issue was I called twice to get an hour extension and never got called back. It was after hours though. Regardless I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them when I stay in Denver.
