Location was wonderful! Walked to breakfast and grocery store. Home had everything we needed for a mini girls trip to see concert at Red Rocks.

We enjoyed the home. Found it to be just as pictured. Before staying there we were a little apprehensive over the neighborhood due to a single family home being surrounded by multi family units but upon staying there we found the neighborhood to be very quite and family orientated. An oasis in the city. It was nice to find the home spotless and the extra little touches that the owner provided!

We enjoyed our one-week stay. The property was exactly as represented online. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there, including a kitchen that is well-stocked with the basics you need for cooking. Will stay here again when we return to the Denver area to visit with family.

House was cozy and nice. No TV unless one had an app, although it said antenna tv was available we were not able to get the TV to work.
Neighborhood was iffy -- in the middle of apartments, had police arresting a vagrant down the block one morning, 2 cars parked on the street with windows broken another night, woman yelling "Crack" at 5 AM several mornings.
