Modern 3B/3.5B Townhome with tons of natural light! It’s open concept living space with ample seating for the whole group. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The south-facing private porch with huge comfortable seating allows the whole group you soak up the Colorado Sun.
This townhome is located just a few blocks from charming Old Town Arvada which has wonderful coffee shops, bars restaurants and entertainment and a light rail station which gets you to downtown in just 15 mins!
The home is on a quiet street but has very easy access to 1-70 which can take you to the airport or mountains!
There is a two car tandem garage attached to the townhome and plenty of extra parking spaces in the townhome community.

Overall, the property was great! Beautiful house and comfy beds. The only thing was that we couldn't connect to the wifi, but we all had service.

We really enjoyed our stay.This townhouse was beautiful and spacious. We really loved that each bedroom had its own attached bathroom. The location is great you can walk to Old Town Arvada which has some great restaurants and shops. It is also an easy driving distance to Denver, Golden, and Boulder. There are many great hikes you can easily drive to. It is also within walking distance to the train station. It is a great place to stay and we would definitely rent it again.
