SF Edwardian Between Sutro and Golden Gate Park

Welcome to our home! A sunny refuge in the city of fog with easy access to public transit, a walkable neighborhood, and the best city parks. Stay near the top of one of San Francisco`s iconic hills in a classic Edwardian-accented home. Two bedrooms and one bath with two office spaces, full kitchen, formal dining room, separate living room, and sunroom overlooking Bunker Hill, Buena Vista Park, and San Francisco`s Downtown in the distance.

Four blocks away from Cole Valley and tucked between Sutro Reserve and Golden Gate Park with easy access to the rest of the city.

Walk down Woodland Avenue (it`s less steep than Willard Street) to Cole Valley: a small gem of a San Francisco neighborhood with restaurants, coffee shops, a couple of boutiques, and a great flower shop. Then jump onto the N-Judah Muni line to get to Duboce Triangle, Hayes Valley, Mission Dolores, or Downtown in one direction or the shops of 9th Avenue in the Inner Sunset or Ocean Beach in the other direction.

Walk or take a mountain bike into Sutro Reserve for 60 acres of trails and native plant restoration efforts. The nearest trailhead is two blocks away at the end of Edgewood Avenue (though it might be closed for repairs), and the second closest is on Stanyan Street four blocks away. Walk or take a city bike into Golden Gate Park for the Botanical Gardens, the de Young Museum, Redwood Groves, lakes, running paths, and lot`s of free events.

Buses -
The bus lines closest to us are the 6, 43, and 7. Download a Muni pass on your phone to access all public transit.
Trains -
The N Judah stops right near us and is very easy to use. Download a Muni pass on your phone.

・No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
・Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 7am
・No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
・No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
・The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
・No pets allowed (if you have a service animal, we would like to know as we have pet allergies)
・Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
・Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
・Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use
・During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills. Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy.
・Please consume or take all leftover food and do not leave extras out of the fridge. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
・No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
・Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc)
・Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the apartment during your stay. If you need something delivered to you, there are mail centers in the area that can receive and hold packages for you. We are not responsible for any packages delivered, before, during or after your stay.
・A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
・On check-out, if property has a key, return it to the lockbox. There is a fee for misplaced keys, or for keys left in the unit.
