Welcome! Make yourselves feel at home in the fully-stocked, naturally well lit high ceiling condo that comfortably sleeps 6. Located on the border of both the Hayes Valley and Lower Haight safe neighborhoods, you are absolutely centrally located near everything in SF!
Whether you're enjoying meals prepared in the full kitchen or enjoying the numerous restaurant options in walking distance you're going to have a great trip!
The condo is very clean and antibacterial sterilized by cleaning professionals. It is a very safe getaway space w/ all work and living amenities.
The unit is located on the 3rd Floor, accessible by stairs. 2 Bedroom (1 King bed and 1 Queen bed), 1 Bath + additional living room sofa extends into a third queen pull out bed.
Here for Business? Extremely fast wifi typically between 400-600 Mbps. For reference, Netflix on HD requires only 25 Mbps. Get work done in this quiet workspace with lots of natural lighting. Easily get work done with very fast WiFi, complimentary coffee/ tea, and snacks.
Enjoy the comfortable lounge area with a book or kick back with Netflix, Amazon Video, YouTube, YouTube live TV, and other SmartTV apps.
Love Wine and are at least 21 years old? Excellent Napa wine available for purchase without markup (just cost of production) from the host's wine business.
The spacious open concept dining-lounge areas with room to easily have meetings or collaborate with 6 guests during the day time.
Self Check-In:
The day before your check-in date, you will receive detailed instructions about how to get your keys and navigate to the correct unit. Generally, check-in instructions cannot be sent earlier because door lock codes are updated the day before guest check ins. If you have any questions during the day of, you may call me at any time or use the "Ring Video Doorbell" which is outward-only facing.
If you're bringing a car, Free Street Parking is available. But note that there's no specific spot assigned, so large SUVs may be more difficult to park than sedans.
I can be as hands-on or hands-off as you'd like. Either way, I will be available by call or text anytime you need me for anything at all - food suggestions, things to do, places to see etc. The host lives upstairs in the building and is quickly available for any matters.
Hayes Valley/ Lower Haight is a very safe and super walkable neighborhood (walk score of 97/100). Centrally located in near hundreds of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, shops, parks, and public transportation. 5 minute walk to Alamo Square Park (Painted Ladies/ Full House). Uber/ Lyft/ Taxi very accessible usually
Rules that the building HOA requires that I share with my guests prior to booking:
- 9pm quiet hours (Music/ TV/ Gatherings)
- No Smoking
- No Events or Parties
- No Excessively Loud Noise or Music day or night
- No Stomping/ Jumping in Unit (The BnB may not be suitable for some energetic children)
- No unauthorized people allowed in unit other than specified booked guests

I booked this VRBO for two of my family members and they loved it! It’s in a lovely part of SF, very walkable with lots of great restaurants/cafes/bars just blocks away. They really enjoyed the space itself, especially the big open living room with lots of natural light. The decor was quite pleasing as well!

Great location! The condo was lovely - spacious, clean, and everything you need and more. The trundle bed couch was super comfortable, and the bedrooms were very peaceful. Great place to spend a few days in the city.

We had a very pleasant day at this property. The location was excellent and very convenient. There were lots of suggestions for sightseeing.however, the listing was a little bit misleading. I did not see anywhere that it said that it was on the third floor without an elevator. I traveled with my 87-year-old mother. Additionally, it listed that there was air conditioning, but there was not. It is a little bit loud, and the walls are somewhat thin, but the property was immaculate, and the area was bright and sunny.

From the pictures and for the cost I expected a better experience. The apartment was adequate, but not a place that invited you to spend time. The kitchen was sparsely equipped - not just a lack of cookware, but also lack of basics like trash bags, tinfoil, cling wrap - things that make use of a kitchen easy. The dining room chairs were cold and uncomfortable, the living room had just one couch with the only other sitting options being beanbags - not ideal. There apt was rundown with a fridge that didn't have a working light, the bathroom sink had just a dribble of water coming out of the faucet, bathroom towel hooks on the door were falling off - just a shabby vibe that leaves a bad feeling. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Final thing was that the access is quite complex - 2 door codes to remember and one key to carry with you, so if you have several people staying together it's quite cumbersome.
