The environment allows convenient access to important cultural spaces such as the National Museum of Contemporary Art Reina Sofía, the Prado Museum, the Royal Botanical Garden and El Retiro Park. The proximity to the historic centre also facilitates visits to emblematic enclaves such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor or the Royal Palace.
The area has a complete range of services, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafés and local shops that guarantee a practical and comfortable stay.
The location offers excellent connectivity with the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to Atocha Station, Madrid's main railway hub, with High-Speed (AVE) services. Additionally, the Palos de la Frontera metro station and numerous bus lines allow you to travel quickly and comfortably to the main points of interest in the capital. Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is also easily accessible by both public transport and private vehicle.

This one-bedroom apartment offers spacious, bright and carefully decorated spaces to provide maximum comfort during your stay. The combination of modern design with functional layout creates a welcoming and elegant atmosphere.
The independent bedroom features a comfortable double bed, whilst the living room has a double sofa bed and a fully equipped American kitchen, offering everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable stay.
To bear in mind:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system.
Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times.
